The Coyote C3CO50 pairs a dedicated gas-grill section with a separate stainless-steel flat-top griddle, allowing you to grill steaks and vegetables while preparing breakfast, smash burgers, toppings, or side dishes at the same time. Two Infinity burners provide 40,000 BTUs beneath the grill grates, while two independently controlled U-burners deliver 34,000 BTUs beneath the flat-top surface.
