Placing an Order:

Expediting your order as quickly as possible is our goal, and we strive to process all orders upon receipt; however, orders placed after 3 p.m. PST may not be processed until the next business day. (See Shipping and Delivery Times for information on when your order will arrive.)

Via the Internet:

Orders may be placed via the Internet 24 hours a day through our Secure Shopping Cart.

Via Telephone:

Feel more comfortable ordering from a live customer service agent? We will take your order via telephone at (888) 688-3672 during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (PST) and Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (PST).

(Telephone orders receive the same quick processing as Internet orders.)

To place an order by mail, please print a copy of your completed Outdora.com Shopping Cart Pages, enclose a personal check, cashier’s check or money order for the amount of your purchase(s) and send to:

Checks without sufficient funds will be subject to a $25 processing fee.


In the unlikely event that a price stated on Outdora.com is incorrect, then the following applies:
If a Product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower price and ship you the Product.
If a Product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Outdora shall not be liable for any billing errors unless you advise us of such billing error within sixty (60) days of its transaction date.

Low Price Guarantee:

Outdora is committed to providing quality merchandise at the lowest prices online. If you find one of our products for sale on a competitor’s site for less, call one of our sales associates and we will beat that price!
In fact, if you find a lower price within thirty days of your original purchase, we will refund you the difference!

Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  • Item must be the identical model from an authorized U.S. dealer with the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty and also include the same accessories, if applicable.
  • Outdora will price match only in-stock products.
  • Outdora reserves the right to verify another online company's product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund.
  • Outdora does not match auction websites, price clubs or refurbished products.
  • The Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance/discontinued items.
  • The Lowest Price Guarantee applies to the total purchase price of the item which would include shipping, taxes, or other discounts.

Paypal is a convenient and secure means of paying online. While Bill Me Later® is not a payment option that Outdora currently offers, anyone with a Paypal account can access an option to pay for their Outora purchase via Bill Me Later. Bill Me Later is a subsidiary of Paypal and is accessible through Paypal.

Checks and Money Orders

Our customers are always welcome to pay by Personal Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Any order paid for by Personal Check will not be processed until check funds have cleared. Checks without sufficient funds will be subject to a $25 processing fee.

Outdora Gift Certificates

If you have the good fortune of shopping with an Outdora Gift Certificate, enter the code in the appropriate field when you check out. If the amount of the purchase is greater than the gift certificate amount, you can pay the difference by one of the other payment options.

Sales Tax

Outdora does not charge sales tax outside the state of California. Because Outdora is headquartered in Sonoma, California, we are required to charge the Sonoma County tax rate (currently 8.75%) to all orders shipped within California.

Order Confirmations:

If you place an order via the Internet or via telephone you will receive an order confirmation via email. For orders placed via mail, please include your telephone number or email address and a customer service representative will contact you via telephone or email upon receipt.

Items on Backorder:

f your order includes an item that is currently out of stock, an Outdora customer service representative will promptly notify you regarding the item’s expected date of availability and shipping options to expedite your order.

Custom Orders:

Due to the personalized and unique nature of customized products, Outdora does not accept returns on custom-made items. Cancellation of orders for customized items will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
All customized products still provide the full manufacturer warranty against any product defects or production errors.
However, we will work to ensure that the manufacturers' warranties and guarantees are upheld in the event of a product defect or production error.
Each manufacturer that specializes in custom made products has a different lead time, which varies and fluctuates based on seasonal demand.

Shipping Estimates and Options:

We will ship your order using the quickest, safest, and most reliable method possible for the item(s) you have purchased. On each product page, “ships in” a particular number of days refers to business days (Monday through Friday). This quote “ships in” also refers to pre ship time, which is the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment, not the number of days it will take your order to arrive at your door. For example, orders received on a Friday that have a shipping description that reads “Ships in one day” will be shipped the following Monday.
Smaller, lighter Outdora items will be shipped via Small Parcel Carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS or FEDEX) within the continental United States. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 5 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times can vary for each Outdora item based on the delivery location and the size of the item. We provide you with a choice of shipping methods and the applicable shipping costs. Most Outdora items can be shipped within 2 to 3 days and will arrive within a week to 10 days.

Upgrade Your Shipping:

At Outdora, every purchase within the continental U.S. ships via ground shipping method. However, if you would like to receive your order sooner, you can upgrade to 2 day or next day delivery for an additional fee. This only affects the transport time, it does NOT affect the lead time on the website. Request your shipping upgrade when you are making your purchase by indicating your shipping preference on your Shopping Cart Page. The upgraded shipping fee amount will be displayed in your Shopping Cart upon checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are manually calculated and therefore determined on an individual basis. Please contact us via email at customerservice@outdora.com or by telephone at (888) 688-3672 for shipping rates to your country.
Please note that international shipping quotes do not include brokerage fees, duty and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Freight Delivery

Outdora items that are too large or heavy for delivery via Small Parcel Carrier will be shipped via Truck Freight Service. These items have a special notation included in the product features section on Outdora.com regarding this shipping requirement. If your purchase(s) require Truck Freight Service, you will be contacted by the Freight Company to schedule a delivery time. (Most Truck Freight Delivery Services takes approximately 3 to 10 days from the time the ordered item leaves the warehouse depending on the length of the pre ship processing time.) Freight Delivery Service provides back of truck driveway or curbside delivery. Unless you notify us prior to delivery that you do not require a “residential delivery,” all Freight Delivery items will be delivered via “residential delivery.”
A Residential Delivery is made using a smaller truck appropriate for deliveries on residential streets and includes Lift gate Service, a gentle mechanized lowering of your item(s) from the truck. If you would like your item(s) moved from the delivery point (curbside or driveway), the driver will be glad to assist you within 30 feet as long the area has a flat surface that permits use of a hand dolly.
Some conditions may inhibit the driver’s ability to access the delivery address such as a steep, narrow or inaccessible driveway. If the circumstances surrounding your delivery present a hazardous condition for the driver, truck or shipment, it is up to the driver’s discretion to decide whether or not to unload the freight at curbside or, if possible, roll the freight down your driveway using a hand dolly.
Once a freight order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the customer cancels an order after is has shipped, they are responsible for return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
Please review Outdora’s Freight Inspection Directions prior to your delivery.

Freight Inspections:

It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect their order prior to signing for it. Upon delivery of your freight shipment, please follow these directions:
First, confirm that the number of packages on the bill of lading (delivery receipt) matches the same number of packages being delivered. If anything is missing on the delivery truck that is present on the bill of lading, note this clearly on the bill of lading before signing. Then call us at (888) 688-3672 immediately to report any inconsistencies between the bill of lading and the actual shipment. We will then contact our freight carrier to track the missing pieces or replace them, if necessary.
Second, inspect the packaging for damage. If there is any external damage to the box, such as a puncture, crush or tear, please open the packaging to inspect for concealed damage. If there is any concealed damage, you have the option to either refuse the delivery altogether or write “DAMAGED” on the bill of lading before signing/accepting the freight. As soon as the delivery driver has left, it is the recipient’s responsibility to call Outdora at (888) 688-3672 to report the damage so we can work on getting you an immediate replacement. If no concealed damage is discovered upon inspection, please note on the bill of lading prior to signing that the box was damaged. Example: “Box had puncture on side.”
Third, if there isn’t any noticeable external damage, simply sign for your shipment and note on the bill of lading that the contents of the freight were not inspected for concealed damage. If you would prefer to check for concealed damage before relieving the driver, please do so. Otherwise, after the driver has left, inspect the contents of your package for any concealed damages. If there are any concealed damages, it is the recipient’s responsibility to contact Outdora immediately at (888) 688-3672 to report these damages so we can work with the freight company to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
If you sign the bill of lading without noting any damages or inconsistencies with the freight, then legally you are acknowledging that you have received your shipment in good condition. Additionally, if the recipient authorizes the freight company to leave the shipment without signature, Outdora is not responsible for any damages or missing items.
All freight damages must be reported to Outdora within 3 days of delivery.

Hassle-Free Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt of your product and we will gladly exchange, credit or refund the cost of the item, excluding shipping fees.
For quick and painless returns, contact us via email at customerservice@outdora.com or by telephone at (888) 688-3672 within the 30-day return period. Please provide us with your Outdora order number or, if you do not have your order number, please include your name, address and phone number along with the name and product number of the item you wish to return. One of our friendly customer service representatives will need to provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) you wish to return must be in new and resellable condition. Items that have been removed from their original packaging do not qualify as new and resellable. Custom-made products do not qualify for return. Please note that you pay shipping costs on all returns. Outdora is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged so please consider insuring your packages with the return shipping service of your choice.
Upon approval of your return, you can either exchange your product for something of equal or greater value or opt to receive a refund less the shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to your credit card, if you paid by credit card; a Paypal credit if you paid via Paypal or via check, if you paid by check. Refunds provided by check will be issued within 30 days. If you are returning an item that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. For any items that ship frieght, please refer to frieght delivery above.

Changing or Canceling an Order:

Requests for changing or canceling your order may be made via telephone by calling (888) 688-3672 or via email to customerservice@outdora.com .
We will make every attempt to fulfill your request to change or cancel your order; however, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if made after 1 p.m. PST on the day that you place the order. Some Outdora items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and to ensure prompt delivery, your order is transmitted to the manufacturer as soon as possible. Therefore, it is not always possible to change or stop a shipment after an order has been placed.

Exchanging or Returning a Damaged Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of any packaging materials or the box until you have thoroughly inspected your order and are satisfied with the product you have received. If your product was shipped to you via Truck Freight Service, please see our Freight Inspection Guidelines Section.
In the case of shipping damage on a small parcel carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS or FEDEX) you must notify us within 10 days of receipt of the item to be eligible for a refund, exchange or replacement.
If an item appears to be damaged due to reasons other than shipping, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at (888) 688-3672 to make replacement arrangements. At this time, we will determine whether to send a replacement part or a full replacement of the entire item. We may also issue a “Call Tag” for UPS to pick up the damaged part or item at no charge and send you a replacement part or item (also at no charge).
If an item is received damaged, you have the option of exchanging the item or receiving a refund minus any shipping fees
