Choose convenience on busy nights and live-fire character when you have time to tend a flame. The Napoli is Fontana Forni’s compact next-generation hybrid, pairing a 20 × 24-inch cooking floor with gas or wood operation in a countertop body.

  • Gas or wood operation: Use convenient propane heat or cover the burner and build a wood fire for live-fire cooking; Fontana does not recommend operating both fuels simultaneously.
  • Natural-gas path: The current manufacturer configuration is propane, with a model-specific natural-gas conversion kit available separately.
  • High-temperature capability: Fontana rates the oven to 900°F and markets a typical rise to 750°F within 30 minutes or less.
  • Removable burner access: The burner assembly is serviceable from the rear access panel.
  • Insulated Italian construction: Solid-weld stainless construction, refractory stones, and substantial insulation support heat retention and recovery.
  • Multi-purpose chamber: Cook pizza, roasts, vegetables, bread, and cast-iron dishes.
  • Fuel modes: Propane or wood; natural gas with separate conversion kit
  • Burner input: Approximately 54,000 BTU
  • Cooking surface: 20 in. D × 24 in. W (480 sq. in.)
  • Internal chamber: 24 in. D × 24 in. W × 14 in. H
  • External body: 33 in. D × 31 in. W × 24 in. H; approximately 47 in. H with chimney
  • Approximate countertop weight: 220 lb.
  • Manufacturer pizza guidance: Up to two 12-in. pizzas
  • Finish choices: Red, Anthracite, or stainless steel

The three variants select finish only. All are countertop oven packages; a cart and natural-gas conversion kit are not included. Standard stones, burner cover, wood holder, chimney components, countertop feet, shield, and heat glove are listed by Fontana as part of the current oven delivery.

Confirm propane or the correct model-specific natural-gas conversion kit, countertop load capacity, clearances, open-sky ventilation, service access, weather protection, and the current installation instructions before ordering. Allow the oven to cool fully and follow Fontana’s prescribed changeover procedure when switching fuel modes.
