The Artisan 30-Inch Freestanding Gas Pizza Oven with Cart uses a ceramic hearth and ceiling with controlled gas heat to support pizza, roasting, baking, and cast-iron cooking. A rear burner directs heat toward the ceiling slab to accelerate preheating and improve top-down radiant heat.
The package combines the ARTP-PZA oven with its compatible rolling cart for freestanding placement. Choose the natural-gas or liquid-propane variant that matches the installation.
