Alfa’s Heat Genius system combines a refractory cooking floor, insulated dome, and controlled heat circulation to help the oven heat quickly and maintain strong, even performance. Choose the natural-gas or liquid-propane model that matches the installation; each fuel type is sold as its own dedicated configuration.
