Its independently controlled dual-ring brass burner handles delicate simmering, oversized stock pots, wok cooking, frying, and high-heat boiling with a total output of up to 60,000 BTUs.

A black glass control panel, backlit knobs, hot-surface ignition, stainless steel construction, and a protective lid coordinate with Echelon Diamond grills. Natural-gas and propane configurations are available with either a stainless steel or porcelain-coated cast-iron cooking grid.
