The stainless-steel dome, interchangeable refractory firebricks, and ceramic-fiber insulation help the oven reach high temperatures efficiently and retain heat for pizza, bread, vegetables, roasts, and other live-fire dishes. Base options are available in Grey or Stainless finishes, depending on the selected variant.
