The Alfa Stone M and Futuro 2 Pizze Wood-Burning Hybrid Kit allows compatible Alfa gas ovens in this size class to be used for wood-assisted cooking. The Stone M was the predecessor to the Futuro 2 Pizze, and this kit is sized for the burner and cooking chamber used by those compatible models.

The kit includes a burner cover that protects the gas-burner area during wood use and a wood holder that supports airflow and fire management. Gas and wood must not be used at the same time.
