Add Flat-Top Cooking to a Compatible AOG Grill

The American Outdoor Grill GR18A Stainless Steel Griddle creates a dedicated flat-top cooking surface inside compatible 24-, 30-, and 36-inch AOG gas grills. It is ideal for breakfast foods, smash burgers, vegetables, seafood, fajitas, and other foods that benefit from direct contact with a smooth cooking surface.

The griddle hangs securely inside the grill liner and is centered over the burners. A removable drip tray helps manage grease and cooking residue. Installation requires removing at least two cooking grids and the vaporizer panels beneath the griddle area as directed in the AOG instructions.
