The Big Green Egg EGG Genius combines a variable-speed blower, pit probe, and meat probe to help maintain a selected cooking temperature and track food progress. Wi-Fi connectivity lets you monitor and adjust the cook from a compatible phone, tablet, or web browser.

The controller responds to temperature changes by adjusting airflow through the lower draft opening. Alerts keep you informed, while cook-history tools help document long sessions. With current firmware, the system supports cloud, local-network, and direct-connect operating modes.
