Monitor an Additional Food with Your EGG Genius

The Big Green Egg Additional Meat Probe adds another internal food-temperature channel to a compatible EGG Genius system. Use it to track a second cut of meat, poultry, or another food while the controller manages the pit temperature.

The six-inch stainless steel probe reads from 32°F to 572°F and sends real-time data through the connected EGG Genius. Multi-probe setups may require an additional Y-Cable, depending on the controller configuration.

This is an additional probe, not a standalone thermometer. An EGG Genius is required, and an added Y-Cable may also be needed. Insert the tip into the thickest part of the food and keep the probe and cable away from bone, direct flame, sharp bends, and water.
