The Big Green Egg Half-Moon convEGGtor Stone shields one side of the cooking area from direct charcoal heat while leaving the other side open for grilling and searing. This split setup lets you cook foods at different heat intensities without using a second cooker.

The ceramic half-stone absorbs and redirects heat for roasting, smoking, baking, and gentler cooking. It works with the compatible convEGGtor basket or cooking-system arrangement for the selected EGG size.
