The Big Green Egg Perforated Half Grid keeps fish, seafood, asparagus, chopped vegetables, and other small ingredients from falling through an open cooking grid. Perforations allow heat, smoke, and charcoal flavor to circulate while the solid surface supports the food.

Its half-moon shape leaves the other side of the Large EGG available for direct grilling or a second cooking surface. Non-stick aluminum promotes easier release and cleanup and is rated for temperatures up to 450°F.
