The Big Green Egg rEGGulator Vent Cap replaces the traditional metal top with a robust cast-iron air damper designed for fine temperature control. Adjusting the top vent changes airflow through the charcoal fire, helping you hold steady low-and-slow temperatures or increase heat for grilling and searing.

A cool-touch silicone tab makes normal adjustments more comfortable, and a factory-applied weather-resistant coating helps protect the cast iron so the cap can remain on the EGG between cooks. Closing the vent fully stops airflow to extinguish the charcoal after cooking.
