Critical installation note: The correctly sized Big Green Egg Table Nest is required and sold separately. Never place the ceramic EGG directly on the wood table. Follow Big Green Egg’s instructions for airflow and noncombustible heat protection beneath the cooker, particularly during long or high-temperature cooks.
