Two stainless steel burners deliver 45,000 BTUs beneath a 30-by-18-inch cooking surface. The heavy 3/8-inch stainless steel griddle plate retains heat and distributes it evenly, helping maintain consistent cooking temperatures across the full 540-square-inch surface.

Backlit controls provide a refined Aurora appearance and improved nighttime visibility, while the included stainless steel cover protects the cooking surface when the griddle is not in use. Natural gas and propane versions are available.
