  • Artwork approval: Final artwork, lettering, colors, scale, and placement require manufacturer review and approval.
  • Factory coordination: Add the customization to the same order as the eligible oven so it can be scheduled during production.
  • Made-to-order work: Custom finishes can affect lead time and may have special change or cancellation terms.
