Select the required gas system at purchase and use only the fuel shown on the oven’s rating label and manual. Gozney’s current US page offers propane and natural-gas model selections and shows Off Black and Bone in some current configurations. Confirmed manufacturer mappings found in current data are Off Black/Propane GMPOBUS1625, Off Black/Natural Gas GMNOBUS1626, and Bone/Propane GMPBNUS1625; Bone/Natural Gas was not confirmed. The live Outdora variants have no SKUs and include an Olive/Liquid Propane choice not shown on the current US product page. Confirm finish, gas type, regulator, rating label, and physical SKU before sale or fulfillment; do not rely on the live option text alone. Wood, charcoal, peels, stand, cover, and the optional Wood-Fire Control Kit are not listed in the standard box contents.

For eligible residential use, Gozney lists a 1-year standard oven warranty, extendable to 5 years when registered within 60 days. Commercial use remains under the 1-year warranty; review current manufacturer terms.
