Add controlled moisture to bread baking in an original Gozney Dome. The Steam Injector directs water through a black anodized aluminum funnel so it flashes into steam inside the oven, helping delay crust formation while dough continues to rise.

  • Targeted steam entry: The funnel is designed to introduce the manufacturer-specified amount of water into the oven.
  • Bread-focused environment: Added moisture can support a longer rise and a crisper finished crust.
  • Purpose-built construction: The injector uses a black anodized aluminum funnel with a cork top.

The original Dome Rope-Sealed Door must also be installed for the Steam Injector to work correctly. That door is a separate accessory and is not listed as included.

Compatible with the original Gozney Dome only. It is not compatible with Dome S1, Dome (Gen 2), or Dome XL (Gen 2).
