A height-adjustable main grate lets the cook control intensity by moving food closer to or farther from the embers. The included brasero creates a steady supply of wood or charcoal embers, while the griddle and hanging hooks add distinct cooking zones for searing, plancha cooking, and slow asado-style roasting.
