Choose the M28SLD for a 28 3/8-inch standard-depth liner inside a custom wall enclosure. The stainless steel fascia and baffle-filter design accepts either the separately sold M600 630 CFM single blower or M1200 1035 CFM dual blower, letting the ventilation package match the cooking plan.
